I am the best actor in all the land. It is a disgrace to my capabilities as an actor to be working with these people. They are not qualified to be even considered to be in a play with me. I mean Peter Quince is alright but the others are just ridiculous. I know that the play will turn out bad, heck I could do a better job playing all the parts by myself. I know that this play will be an udder failure but I cannot back out and betray my king Theseus and my soon to be queen Hippolyta. The play is to be performed at their wedding and I think of it as like my little gift to them to be in this play even though there are not the greatest of actors in it to start with. I am still doing this play to pay my respect for the rulers and I cannot leave my friend Peter Quince high and dry. At least being given the role of Pyramus in the play is an honour. For one thing I don’t have to play a girl and I was given one of the main characters in the play we are performing. These actors better try and perform their best because it could fall on my shoulders and make me look bad and ruin my reputation as the greatest actor in all.
